The company was very professional. They completed the job in a timely manner due to the materials being on back order. After job was completed they cleaned the area before they left. Their quality of work was outstanding and after the job was finished they reached out to me and asked if I was satisfied. I had an excellent experience with Kile Riggs and Frazier Roofing. Kile went way above and beyond in helping replace my mom's roof. He worked with insurance and made sure my mom was comfortable with the whole installation. Kile was professional and caring through the whole process. I had many roofing companies stop by and leave business cards before I received the one from Louis.the project manager and many after getting his card.But I must say my gut said choose him and I must say I felt like family from our first conversation.Also he was always very respectful and transparent.The team showed up and my entire roof installation was done that day .My husband and the neighbors was very impressed.When the team left at the end of the day everything was cleaned as if they wasn’t even here.I will recommend this team to everyone that needs a roof work.

Frazier Contracting delivered a professional, fast, and informative experience with my roof replacement. The team at Frazier kept me informed of any changes, what to expect, and the purpose of processes and financial steps. The work was done timely and without any delays. Frazier did amazing work for us. Adam and Edwin that were in charge and  I cannot talk enough about them.   We had a nightmare in our bathroom due to a leak.  What was going to be a small area - required full bathroom renovation due to the leak.  They did amazing work from the beginning to the end.  They replaced our floor tile,  shower door, shower tile, shower floor, bathtub tile area,  replaced the pipes  and faucets for the bathroom, toilet bowl ,painting, dry wall . When my son ceiling bedroom began to leak, within 24 hours Joseph Nokk was able to place a tarp on our roof and walked us through the claim process as well. Every step of the way Joseph has been a true professional with timely responses to my questions, and it was very evident that he is very knowledgeable in his trade. I highly recommend Frazier Contracting.
