We are a full service construction company looking to hire 10-15 new sales representatives that are self driven and highly motivated individuals who are looking to make over $100,000 income in their first year. We are passionate about providing high quality work, products, and customer service to homeowners and business owners. We work hard to offer a smooth and enjoyable experience to our customers and that begins with a committed and knowledgeable sales representative.
Roofing experience is preferred but not required and our staff will train you with everything you need to know. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, product knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication in everything we do. We are committed to delivering excellent products and service to our customers.
Sales representatives
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times using an Inform, Offer, educate sales approach to determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales. Integrity, honesty, and genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members.
Pay Scale: Unlimited commission available, with on target earnings of minimum $75,000. Top reps earners are making $100,000-$200,000.

Sales representative qualifications:
- Ability to climb a ladder and walk on roofs
- Ability to multitask and strong organization skills
- Excellent customer service
- Reliable transportation capable of transporting a ladder
- Must be able to climb a ladder & walk on roofs.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Roofing Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual (not required, but a plus)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
